At PR1MO, the goal is for you to receive your order quickly, securely, and with clear rules. In Italy, shipping is always free, with no minimum order; estimated delivery times are 24/48 hours in Italy, 2–5 working days in Europe, and 4–8 working days in the rest of the world, with possible variations based on location and period. If you order by 12:00 PM (CET) Monday to Friday, the package ships on the same day; after that time, it ships on the first available working day. Shipments are handled by DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane, and as soon as it ships, you will receive an email with tracking to follow the delivery. If you are not present for delivery (SDA/Poste), after two attempts, the package will be held for up to 7 working days free of charge before being returned; in case of an incorrect address or refusal, a case will be opened, and you have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned with handling costs. You can also customize delivery with the “ScegliTU” service (new date/address, delivery to a neighbor, collection at a dedicated point, secure location, or scheduled storage). PR1MO ships worldwide with rates calculated at checkout based on the country. For exchanges and returns, the first size exchange in Italy is free: simply contact customer service, prepare the package with the original packaging (if free exchange, they will provide the label), and the courier will collect it; once it returns to the warehouse, the new size will be shipped, or a refund will be issued.
