At PR1MO, our goal is to ensure you receive your order quickly, securely, and with clear policies. Shipping in Italy is always free, with no minimum order; estimated delivery times are 24/48 hours in Italy, 2–5 business days in Europe, and 4–8 business days for the rest of the world, with possible variations based on location and period. If you order by 12:00 PM (CET) Monday through Friday, the package will be shipped the same day; after that time, it will be shipped on the next available business day. Shipments are handled by DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane, and as soon as it ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery. If you are not present for delivery (SDA/Poste), after two attempts, the package will be held at a depot for up to 7 business days without charge before being returned; in case of an incorrect address or refusal, a case will be opened, and you have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise the shipment will be returned with handling fees. You can also customize delivery with the "ScegliTU" service (new date/address, delivery to a neighbor, pickup at a dedicated point, safe place, or scheduled depot storage). PR1MO ships worldwide with rates calculated at checkout based on the country. For exchanges and returns, the first size exchange in Italy is free: simply contact customer service, prepare the package with the original packaging (if it's a free exchange, they will provide the label), and the courier will pick it up; once it returns to the warehouse, the new size will be shipped or a refund will be issued.
