All orders delivered in Italy always have free shipping, with no minimum order.

⚡ Same-Day Shipping
Order by 12:00 PM (CET) and your package will ship the same day (Mon-Fri). After this time, it will ship the next business day.
📦 Partners & Tracking
We ship with DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time as soon as it ships.
📬 Delivery and Storage Management (SDA/Poste)
If the recipient is absent
If you are not home on the first attempt, you will receive an email or a notice. After 2 attempts, the package will remain in storage for 7 business days (at no cost) before being returned to the sender.
Wrong address or refusal
In these cases, a file is opened. You have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned. Note: This procedure incurs additional handling costs.
