At PR1MO, our goal is for you to receive your order quickly, securely, and with clear rules. In Italy, shipping is always free, with no minimum order; estimated delivery times are 24/48 hours in Italy, 2–5 business days in Europe, and 4–8 business days in the rest of the world, with possible variations depending on the area and period. If you order by 12:00 PM (CET) from Monday to Friday, the package ships on the same day; after that time, it ships on the next available business day. Shipments are handled by DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane, and as soon as it ships, you will receive an email with tracking to follow the delivery. If you are not present for delivery (SDA/Poste), after two attempts, the package will be held for up to 7 business days free of charge before being returned; in case of an incorrect address or refusal, a case will be opened, and you will have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned with handling fees. You can also customize delivery with the “ScegliTU” (ChooseYOU) service (new date/address, delivery to a neighbor, pick-up at a designated point, secure location, or scheduled holding). PR1MO ships worldwide with rates calculated at checkout based on the country. For exchanges and returns, the first size exchange in Italy is free: simply contact customer service, prepare the package with the original packaging (if free exchange, they will provide the label), and the courier will pick it up; once it returns to the warehouse, the new size will be shipped, or a refund will be issued.

All orders delivered in Italy always have free shipping, with no minimum order.
Order by 12:00 PM (CET) and your package will ship the same day (Mon-Fri). After this time, it will ship the next business day.
We ship with DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time as soon as it ships.
If you are not home on the first attempt, you will receive an email or a notice. After 2 attempts, the package will remain in storage for 7 business days (at no cost) before being returned to the sender.
In these cases, a file is opened. You have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned. Note: This procedure incurs additional handling costs.
