At PR1MO, our goal is for you to receive your order quickly, securely, and with clear rules. In Italy, shipping is always free, with no minimum order; estimated delivery times are 24/48h within Italy, 2–5 working days in Europe, and 4–8 working days for the rest of the world, with possible variations depending on the area and period. If you order by 12:00 PM (CET) from Monday to Friday, the package will be dispatched on the same day; after that time, it will be dispatched on the next available working day. Shipments are handled by DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane, and as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery. If you are not present for delivery (SDA/Poste), after two attempts, the package will be held for up to 7 working days at no cost before being returned; in case of an incorrect address or refusal, a case will be opened, and you will have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned with handling fees. You can also customize delivery with the "ScegliTU" service (new date/address, delivery to a neighbor, pickup at a designated point, secure location, or scheduled storage). PR1MO ships worldwide with rates calculated at checkout based on the country. For exchanges and returns, the first size exchange in Italy is free: simply contact customer service, prepare the package with the original packaging (if it's a free exchange, they will provide the label), and the courier will pick it up; once it returns to the warehouse, the new size will be shipped, or a refund will be issued.
