At Pr1mo, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, securely, and without unpleasant surprises. That's why we strive every day to make your experience simple and transparent.
All orders delivered in Italy always have free shipping, with no minimum order.
Order by 12:00 PM (CET) and your package will ship the same day (Mon-Fri). After this time, it will ship the next business day.
We ship with DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time as soon as it ships.
If you are not home on the first attempt, you will receive an email or a notice. After 2 attempts, the package will remain in storage for 7 business days (at no cost) before being returned to the sender.
In these cases, a file is opened. You have 3 days to provide new instructions, otherwise, the shipment will be returned. Note: This procedure incurs additional handling costs.
